Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want CareMaSym to work for as many people as possible, including disabled people using assistive technology. We are working towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public website, web platform and mobile apps.

Conformance status

CareMaSym is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We will not claim full conformance until representative public, administration and frontline journeys have completed manual and automated testing and identified issues are resolved.

What users should be able to do

• Navigate core web journeys with a keyboard.
• Zoom and resize text without losing essential content.
• Understand headings, labels, errors and status messages.
• Use accessible names for important controls.
• Reduce unnecessary motion through device preferences.

Known limitations

• Complex rota grids, maps and visualisations may need improved keyboard and screen-reader alternatives.
• Third-party maps and some exported or uploaded documents may not be fully accessible.
• Older customer documents may lack structure or alternative text.
• Some dense administration screens work better at wider desktop sizes.

Feedback and alternative formats

Email hello@caremasym.com with the page or feature, problem, assistive technology and browser or device, and adjustment needed. Avoid unnecessary care information. We aim to acknowledge requests within two working days and provide a response or plan within ten working days.

Assessment and review

We use semantic markup, visible focus, labelled controls, responsive layouts, contrast checks, reduced-motion support and automated tests. Manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom and user testing remain necessary. This statement is reviewed after material changes and at least annually.

Contact us first so we can investigate and provide an adjustment. Depending on the organisation and service, statutory equality or public-sector accessibility routes may also apply.
