Everyone gets the view they need and nothing they don’t. Find your role and where to begin.
Start here. Create your branches and units, invite your team, and set care-ops defaults (late-visit thresholds, medication times, MFA policy). You have full visibility across every branch and the reports, payroll and audit trail.
Run a branch day to day: build and publish the rota, manage service users and care plans, review reports and exceptions, and reconcile attendance. You can edit staff details and invite carers.
The office/scheduling role. Build the rota, arrange cover, manage the service-user roster and correct clock times. Manager-lite: everything scheduling and care-record, without full branch configuration.
A senior frontline role that also sees the branch rota and reporting, mentors carers, and can pick up cover. Delivers care on mobile like a carer, with extra oversight.
Frontline staff use the mobile app. See only your own rota and clients, clock in/out with a location stamp at the door, record tasks and care notes, and give medication against the MAR — with an off-time warning and reason if a dose is given outside its band.
Invited by a manager and linked to a specific service user (or several). On the app they see that person’s upcoming and past visits, care plan, current medications and recent care notes — view-only — plus two-way messaging with the office.
Invited and scoped to selected service users. Gets a read-only reports view — visit delivery, medication recording, care notes and named staff — for inspection evidence, without access to the rest of the organisation.
Create your branches, then invite your registered manager and coordinators, then your carers. Add your service users and their care plans, build the first week’s rota and publish it — carers see it instantly on mobile. Then follow the how-to guides for day-to-day tasks.
